As time goes on I will be adding many more. I have over 200 prepared so come back often to check.
These exercises are known as Awareness Through Movement Lessons (ATM). There is no limit to how many of these there could be or what applications they could be designed for.
They are very versatile.
In the same class you could have an elite Olympic athlete beside someone recovering from an injury, someone else suffering the effects of a stroke or some other debilitating condition, a person just trying to regain some flexibility and ease stiffness as well as people from all ages and physical condition.
All would be gaining some advantage from the lesson. It would just manifest differently for each of them.
