The Feldenkrais Exercises in this category are designed for finessing movement. Any qualities you develop through these Awareness Through Movement Exercises will be of advantage for you in many areas of life. It is amazing how refined you can become as you focus your attention on a particular function. In many ways we could put all the Exercises in this category as they all contribute in some way to elegant refining of movement. These two exercises particularly contribute to very fine dexterity and accuracy with touch and hand coordination along with the capacity for centered fluid movement.
