With this Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson, learn how to be balanced in all circumstances. The pelvis is literally the centre of your body. As you learn how to control and guide your posture, balance, movement and presence from your center everything seems to improve. This is a great ATM for anyone interested in the martial arts. Remember though, that this method is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels - it is very gentle. The Pelvic Clock is an absolute classic.
