Pain Control using the Eyes

The techniques for pain control covered here are strongly influenced by the eye patterns in NLP.

Pain Control using the Eyes There are certain 'intensifiers' of pain that you can learn to avoid.

Most people, when they first experience pain immediately tighten the body and often look down.

We know from NLP that looking down tends to intensify sensations within the body as well as intensify emotions. This is something you obviously want to avaoid.

There are ways of distracting, redirecting and overwhelming the nervous system so the option of pain becomes unavailable. Your nervous system has a limited capacity for attention. We utilize this.

As you go through this particular set of exercises you will learn strategies that you can take with you easily throughout your day.

You will be learning how to leave certain sensations behind as you redirect your nervous system more toward comfort and relaxation.
