Pain Management for Bodyache

Pain Management for Bodyache This deals purely with pain management for the physically draining symptoms of pain around the body or torso. We can develop bodyache for various reasons: flu, injury, fatigue ?..

With this series of exercises you will be gently and subtly moving your torso through different planes of action - rotational, spiral, lateral, longitudinal, straight up and down and circular.

You will subtly be engaging the muscles of the torso - not exercising them.

Visualizing the movement is also a very effective way of reorganizing the nervous system. You tend to find this actualizes the very beginning of micro-muscle movement.

Your nervous system can learn to relax quickly, easily and gently. You can then maintain this throughout the day with gentle mini-versions of the same exercises.

You will be training yourself to relax tensions very quickly rather than re-evoke an unuseful learned pattern.

Allow changes to develop that can last for a long time.
